Explicit or no explicit material?

Dreamwidth terms of conduct:

"You agree that you will not use the Website to:

8. Provide any material that is illegal under United States law;
[...]"

Is pornographic material (such as a sexually explicit fanfic or drawing) forbidden then? I don't know exactly what the laws are like in the USA, or whether they're the same nationwide in this respect...

Hi there - fanfic and drawings should be fine! You have the option of marking any explicit material as age-restricted, to be viewed by ages 18+ for example, but it's not required.
