Been up since 2.30 a.m. Haven't been able to sleep since. Almost broke down on my stroll home from work. Meditation? Didn't work. And just when I was relaxing a tad, the postman rang the bell. So I've been oscillating between bed, bathroom and sofa, doing nothing productive.
BLEH.
