Feb. 8th, 2018 07:11 pmWith the exception of the screw-in-the-tyre incident I've been in a very positive mood for days now. Thankfully, the new tyre was a little less expensive than anticipated.
I know there are some challenges ahead and I know I have to save money, but I'm not daunted. I've got a lot of energy and motivation these days, and on average, I'm also sleeping a bit better, too. I don't know exactly why, but I'm grateful.
Everyone else has had infections of late, but I haven't even had a cold. I've got some of my old health problems, but I'm glad to see that my blood sugar is back to normal. Normal! I was developing diabetes, and now, it's normal!
I've also been reading and commenting on some thoroughly enjoyable fanfiction.
The weather was very cold today, but good, and I walked to work and back. Had a nice, warm curry for lunch and warm home-made chocolate pudding (XXL portion) afterwards.
So yeah, things can go on like this!
